Gregg, son of owners Bob and Donna, took over operations at The Cart Shed in 2012. His 15+ years of experience as golf car mechanic and manager at major golf car dealers in the Austin/San Antonio area has been instrumental in growth of The Cart Shed including expanding our service/repair offerings, bringing EZ-GO golf carts on board, and he has been an integral part of the advent of our new concept Tyler Sport Vehicles. Gregg graduated Mt. Pleasant High School and attended NTCC studying physics and engineering. In his off time Gregg attends Flint Baptist Church and enjoys kayak fishing along the Texas Coast.
Mike is the newest member of The Cart Shed/Tyler Sport Vehicles team, recruited in to manage the tremendous growth our service department has experienced. Mike brings 12 years of law enforcement and another 12 years of sales management experience to the table to ensure our customers have the best experience possible. Mike graduated from Whitehouse High School and Kilgore college and currently lives in Bullard. Mike enjoys spending time with his wife/daughters, watching football, and attending Flint Baptist Church when he's not fixing golf carts.
Tim joined our team in late 2017 and quickly been promoted to shop lead. Tim brings
a lifetime of mechanical and electrical knowledge to our business which has allowed us to serve more customers with expanded service options. Time is responsible for diagnostics, power system repairs, and high performance upgrades. Tim is home-school graduate and attends Cross Brand Church. When he's not making golf carts run better, longer, and faster he is involved in horse rescue and also enjoys fishing and all sorts of outdoor activities.
Brandon joined The Cart Shed/Tyler Sport Vehicles team in 2016 and has worked himself from lot-boy to technician. Brandon is responsible for most of the "bolt-on" repairs and customization in our shop. He graduated Whitehouse High School in 2017 and has attended TJC. Brandon is a skilled musician and leads worship for a local college student ministry. Brandon's favorite part of working at The Cart Shed is turning a plain golf cart into a beautiful show-piece.
Derrick joined the Cart Shed/Tyler Sport team in 2018 and is responsible for the safe transport of our customer's carts as well as battery changes and full-services. He is proud graduate of John Tyler High School (2012) and plans to go to study at TJC pursuing a degree in electrical engineering. Derricks favorite part of working at The Cart Shed is making our customers carts look great prior to delivery!
